Project Introduction

This project was for developing a custom content management system (CMS) to help organizations manage their content publishing needs effectively. Unlike standard CMSs available for this task, it was meant to have exclusive collaborative features, documents version control, strict data visibility control for different users etc.

Solutions

The CMS was designed to do the following tasks effectively:

  • Control access to data, based on user roles (defining which information users or
    user groups can view, edit, publish, etc.)
  • Improve communication between users InfraCMSs are frequently used for storing, controlling, revising, semantically enriching, and publishing documentation.
  • Serving as a central repository, the CMS increases the version level of new updates to an already existing file. Version control is one of the primary advantages of a CMS.
  • Working on the module Content Management

Results

The end CMS was able to solve corporate content publishing much easier. The product was also capable of solving immediate content management needs of all types of organizations without compromising with the flexibility and security.
