The History
The Noida Special Economic Zone (NSEZ), established in 1985, spans 310 acres and is recognized as the only Central Government SEZ in northern India. NSEZ has developed into a dynamic hub for a wide range of industries, thanks to its strategic location and excellent infrastructure. Located near major urban centers such as Agra and the Delhi-NCR region, which includes Noida, Gurgaon, and Faridabad, NSEZ offers a compelling blend of accessibility and business opportunities, making it a preferred destination for both multinational corporations and educational institutions.
The zone is home to over 200 multinational companies and hosts some of the leading educational institutions like the NSEZ Institute of Technology, which supports more than 3,000 students annually in areas of technology and business studies. The office spaces in NSEZ cover approximately 2 million square feet, housing a diverse range of companies from IT services to biotech firms. This robust infrastructure supports over 10,000 professionals working across various distinguished establishments within the zone, including the Oracle Development Center, Genpact Data Analytics Hub, and Biocon Biotech Lab.
